Timber

Timber has been home for a month now and is doing great.  He just had his 30 day follow up with our personal vet and his T4 levels are a so close to normal its amazing and his kidney function is back to normal.  He started gaining weight a week after I picked him up from AVMI and has been putting about 1/2 lbs on each week.  He went from 18 lbs to 10 and is now 11 1/2!!!  I am so excited to see him doing so well.  When I first arrived Dr. Broome took time to explain everything to me and I left feeling my little guy was put in the best hands possible for this procedure.  Dr. Broome and the staff couldn’t have been more reassuring, daily email follow ups with pictures, the webcam really took a lot of the anxiety out of it for me personally and they were all so positive.  I can’t say enough good things about our experience.  If your kitty needs to be treated for hyperthyroidism, I wish him/her well with a full and speedy recovery.  I can say without a doubt this is the place he/she needs to be for the best possible outcome.   Thank you to everyone for all you did for Timber.
